COLUMBUS, Ind. – Ryan McKillips had a hole-in-one to highlight the UIS men’s golf team’s performance at the UW-Parkside Invitational over the weekend. McKillips aced the par 3, 197-yard number three hole with a four-iron on Sunday. It is the second consecutive season that UIS has had a player record an ace. Scott Belcher turned the trick last spring. McKillips finished the weekend as UIS’ top player, tying for 27th place at 153 (79-74). Zach Phillips tied for 44th at 157 (79-78) while Mike McKillips tied for 50th at 158 (84-74). Shane McCafferty finished tied for 55th at 159 (80-79) while Mark Klinger tied for 66th at 163 (75-88). The Prairie Stars finished 11th in the tournament with a team score of 633.
