WATERLOO, Ill. – UIS moved up a place from its first round standing and finished eighth at the annual Great Lakes Valley Conference Women’s Golf Championship which concluded on Sunday at the Annbriar Golf Course. UIS finished the tournament with a team score of 695. Indianapolis won the team title at 619. Individually, Abby Vorreyer bounced back to shoot 79 on Sunday and finished at 169 (90-79) to tie for 27th place overall. Tiffany Blumhorst tied for 31st overall after shooting 173 (89-84) and Katie Boyd tied for 36th with a 177 (85-92). Kelsey Blake carded a 179 (89-90) and finished tied for 39th while Lillian Luker shot 180 (91-89) and was tied for 41st.
